Maggie Sargent and Associates have been providing expert witness reports for over 30 years for both claimant and defendant solicitors. Our associates are based throughout the UK and in Ireland. Maggie and John Sargent have been directors of the company since 1986.

We provide expert evidence on the additional cost of caring for clients with brain injury and physical handicaps for both personal injury and medical negligence claims.
