Helen Bostock is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience across both NHS and independent practice. She is the owner of a specialist physiotherapy practice and has extensive expertise in Respiratory conditions, rehabilitation, and casemanagement, alongside a dual specialism in Musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation.

Throughout her career, Helen has held Senior Physiotherapist and Clinical Lead roles within community respiratory services, where she played a key role in service development, clinical leadership, and multidisciplinary care delivery. Her clinical practice encompasses the assessment and management of a wide range of complex presentations, including chronic Respiratory disease, Long COVID syndrome, Breathing Pattern Disorders, Hyper mobility Spectrum Disorders, and persistent pain conditions.

Helen recently joined Maggie Sargent & Associates as an Expert Witness, bringing her extensive clinical experience and evidence-based approach to medico legal reporting. 

Helen is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Respiratory Care (ACPRC). She is committed to advancing professional standards and improving patient outcomes through high-quality assessment, rehabilitation, and expert witness practice.
