I am a qualified registered nurse specialising in sexual health and reproductive health with 11 years of experience. I also possess the non-medical prescribing qualification which I gained in 2021. I have completed certificates in fertility control and also gained my Diploma from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health in 2016.

I currently work in the NHS and also as a locum within Contraception Services. My current role includes providing all methods of contraception such as prescribing contraceptive pills and fitting long-acting reversible contraception such as IUDs and implants. I also am experienced in managing complex contraception and complications such as infection.

I have in depth specialised knowledge in reproductive health and conduct medical histories tailoring recommendations to individual patient needs.

I have worked in a variety of different sexual and reproductive health clinics amongst all types of demographics. I have experience working with vulnerable adults and young people undertaking safeguarding assessments and have conducted outreach contraception clinics for colleges and schools.

I have a passion for women’s health and have contributed to developing online services within an upcoming remote women’s health start up. 

I keep up to date with current nursing affairs whilst maintaining all training requirements to improve my knowledge and skills.

I understand the litigation process and my duties under the Civil Procedure Rules pertaining to expert witnesses and Part 35. Fundamental to my work as an expert witness is to consistently act with fairness and integrity, utilising my advanced skill set and building upon my philosophy of delivering a high standard of safe, equitable and effective care for all.
