Profile

I have extensive experience as an Occupational Therapy and Care Expert Witness. I have been providing assessments and reports for clinical negligence and personal injury litigation for over 9 years. I have completed assessments and reports for adults with neurological, orthopaedic, and general medical and surgical conditions.

As an Advanced Registered Practitioner BABICM Case Manager, working for Community Case Management, I work with adults and children with catastrophic injuries. I manage a caseload of clients while also working as a preceptor which involves supporting and working with case manager assistances and case managers in their clinical work and documentation supporting best practice.

Before my role at CCM, I was a Senior Associate Case Manager at Bush and Company Rehabilitation (2017-2024) where I worked with adults and children with a variety of conditions including acquired brain injury, paraplegia, tetraplegia, complex orthopaedic injury, and amputation. I liaised professionally with experts, local statutory agencies, and private services regarding the care and rehabilitation of the client, including specialist therapists to continue client rehabilitation at home.

I am a Locum Occupational Therapist managing a caseload in the community and working with the elderly with a variety of physical conditions. This role involves assessing for housing adaptations and major works under the disabled facilities grant (DFG) process. This role also involves assessing and referring for care.
