I am a highly skilled brain injury case manager currently working in Cardigan and throughout South and Mid Wales. I am a registered care and support manager with extensive experience in directly managing care teams and have extensive knowledge in the field of Care and support.

Following an eight-year career in the Royal Navy, I transitioned to the role of rehabilitation support worker before advancing to the role of Case Manager whilst also obtaining my care registration in 2019.

I have extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, young people, and children, all facing complex cognitive, physical, and behavioural challenges resulting from acquired and traumatic brain injuries.

As a Case Manager, I am dedicated to enhancing my clients' independence and helping them achieve their full potential.

I excel at building and nurturing professional relationships with service users and their families whilst understanding the profound impact brain injuries have on both individuals and their loved ones. I prioritise involving families in the care planning process to ensure comprehensive and effective support.

I consistently uphold high standards in demanding situations, relying on my exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. I have extensive experience liaising with solicitors and insurance companies and is adept at handling both sole and joint instructions.

I am fluent in both written and spoken Welsh and English, and as a result, am well-equipped to serve a broader range of clients and stakeholders.

I have undergone training in the medico-legal process and am fully aware of my responsibilities under the Civil Procedure Rules as an expert witness.

In summary, my dedication to improving the lives of those affected by brain injuries, combined with my extensive experience and strong communication skills, make me a highly effective and reliable Brain Injury Case Manager and Care Expert Witness.
