I have over 30 years of qualified, registered general nursing and children’s nursing experience, in clinical and community settings, with more than 8 years of medico-legal case management experience. My vast clinical experience enables me to take on a wide variety of cases from birth to the elderly.

I am adept at developing and overseeing complex care packages via care agencies and directly employed provisions, completing care plans, and supervision, to ensure the highest quality of care for my clients. Donna works collaboratively with professionals and has built up a robust network of leading service providers.

I work in partnership with claimant representatives and insurers to ensure that the injured party makes the best and quickest recovery, within the limitations of their injury and/or diagnosis, whilst working within the guidelines of the 2015 Rehabilitation Code.

For 8 years I have worked as a Case Manager managing many care packages with directly employed staff or agency staff. As a Community Children’s nurse, I set up care packages for children with complex clinical needs and directly employed carers. For 17 years I was part of the CCN team and Allied Healthcare where I set up and trained carers in all clinical needs to children with complex needs, who required 24-hour care.
