I have been a registered mental health nurse for some 40 years, with 17 years experience working on exert witness reports.  Mainly my reports have been focused on suicides, and the quality of mental health health nursing care.  

I have a strong academic backgound which enables me to ground my reports in solid evidence, and to place my findings into a clear context.  I have been involved with some high profile legal cases, and have been involved in Coroners’ Courts.

I have worked in all areas of psychiatry in a range of roles during my career; most recently as a consultant within poorly performing/special measures organisations.
