Profile

Jenny is a conscientious and dedicated case manager. She thrives on developing and supporting the rehabilitation process to enable clients to meet challenges and maximise their potential. Jenny is a skilled communicator who prides herself on providing all her clients and their families with a bespoke person-centred approach.

Jenny is a former intensive care nurse and is highly experienced in managing a varied and often challenging caseload of adults and children with complex care needs. She has knowledge and experience in managing defendant pathway meetings and court appearances and achieving positive outcomes for her clients.

She specialises in the following areas: brain injury, spinal injury, catastrophic and traumatic injury, birth injuries, Cerebral Palsy, respiratory care, and ventilation. Jenny also has in-depth knowledge of managing large, directly employed care teams and holds her CQC registration.

Jenny has 20 years of experience working in the Health and Social Care Sector. Her core focus is helping individuals with complex care needs remain in the community. Jenny is compassionate, kind, and friendly and can quickly establish trusting relationships with her clients.
