Profile
A dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with an RN Dip HE from the University of Wolverhampton and a SLAiP mentorship qualification, bringing 18 years of diverse nursing experience.
I have a strong background in acute care, having worked extensively in Emergency Departments and Critical Care.
Over the past 7years, I have specialised in complex care, with a particular focus on spinal and brain injuries—both acquired and traumatic—as well as clinical management. In 2023, I also completed Level 5 Safeguarding training.
I take pride in maintaining strong professional relationships with Case Managers, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and Continuing Health Commissioners to support and deliver high-quality commissioned care packages within the community.
I have completed training in the medico-legal process and have a sound understanding of my responsibilities under the Civil Procedure Rules relating to expert witnesses. I am also currently working towards a Level 5 Apprenticeship in Healthcare Management to further enhance my leadership capabilities.
I am highly committed to delivering the highest standard of care to service users, patients, and their families. With excellent time management, strong organisational skills, and a calm approach under pressure, I prioritise individual patient needs effectively and with confidence.
