Profile

I qualified in 2001 and since then have worked in the NHS, private sector and social services. As well as expert witness work, I have continued to work as both an occupational therapist and case manager. I am often described as someone who actively‘ listens’ and is able to gain an understanding of the whole situation. As an occupational therapist I have supervised staff across multiple sites and gained knowledge in cognition, postural positioning, adaptations, moving and handling and care packages.

I can provide reports on the following:

  • Stroke
  • Traumatic Brain Injuries
  • Spinal Injuries
  • Palliative Care
  • Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome
  • Manual Handling
  • Amputations
  • Care of the Elderly
  • Housing and Adaptions

I have worked as a case manager since2018, working with amputees, spinal cord injured, chronic regional pain, complex poly trauma, and traumatic brain injury.

I attend formal training on a regular basis and understand the litigation process and my duties under the civil procedure rules pertaining to expert witness and part 35.
